Our business started back in 2003 in Zahle/Lebanon, when my family opened up their own home-made Man'ouche bakery. Seeing the smile on our customers' faces always gave us satisfaction and encouraged us to keep thriving for the best.
My wife and I decided to spread our family recipes here in the Netherlands.
